A site report shows verified charging and offer redemptions at a location. Reports shown here are built from sample data; live reporting is set up for each site.
How each measure is defined
- Charging session
- A session verified from connected-vehicle data or qualifying charging-network evidence.
- Offer claim
- A driver activated an offer while charging nearby. Activation checks distance to the charger, not to the business.
- Redemption
- Staff confirmed the driver’s verification code at the business.
- Purchase association
- With Square Loyalty, a loyalty event linked to the same driver’s recent charging session by phone number. An association, not proof that charging caused the purchase.
What a report shows today
Three counts for a site: verified charging sessions, unique drivers and offer redemptions. Reports available today use sample data and are labeled that way; live counts are set up site by site.

Purchase associations from Square Loyalty, and a per-source view of which data is connected for each site. These are being built with partners and are not in reports yet.
